Both garbage compression and unloading are hydraulically driven and completed through a special mechanism. The power of the vehicle engine is transmitted to the oil pump through the power take-off and transmission shaft, and the oil pump rotates to generate high-pressure oil. By operating the relevant control switches on the multi-way directional valve, the hydraulic oil drives the relevant oil cylinders to work, and the oil cylinders drive the relevant mechanisms to complete the work of loading garbage, compressing garbage, or unloading garbage.
Application Scope: The pure electric compression garbage trucks produced by our company are sanitation vehicles that integrate multiple functions. They are suitable for garbage collection and transportation in towns, streets, industrial and mining enterprises, and residential areas.

Functional Characteristics

1. The upper body uses a frame arc design, which is beautiful and has high structural strength;
2. The outer dimensions of the body are ≥3042 (length) *2150 (width) *1725mm (height). The body uses 16Mn steel plate (Q345B), with a side plate thickness of ≥3mm and a bottom plate thickness of ≥5mm; the side protection material is aluminum alloy;
3. Compression ratio ≥1:2.5, equipped with a bucket tipping mechanism, the tipping mechanism cycle operation time ≤12S, the push plate slide rail structure is a trough type track. It has the functions of repeated compression and peristaltic compression; using bidirectional compression to crush and squeeze the garbage, increasing the actual loading capacity;
4. Equipped with a sewage tank, the front sewage tank volume ≥50L, steel plate thickness ≥3mm, the material is manganese steel plate (Q345B), which can ensure that there is no garbage spillage or sewage leakage when the garbage truck collects and transports garbage;
5. The filler volume ≥1m³, and the filler scraping and friction parts use high-quality wear-resistant steel plates (16Mn steel plates), with strong wear resistance;
6. Meets the collection operation of various garbage cans such as 120L or 240L;
7. Loading cycle time: 25-40s
8. Rear panel lift angle: 0-90°
9. Adopts dual control of hydraulic components and electrical control system; the electrical control system has three operation modes: loading operation, unloading operation, and maintenance operation mode;

The hydraulic system uses a double-pump double-circuit system, allocating power on demand, improving the overall vehicle performance; the hydraulic system has an overload protection function during the scraping and compression of garbage, preventing damage to structural components during vehicle use;
11. Rated pressure of hydraulic system: ≥16Mpa, hydraulic oil tank volume 72L.
12. Key hydraulic parts such as hydraulic cylinders, control valve groups, oil pipes, and pressure relays are regular products, which are easy to check and repair;
13. Safety device configuration:
An emergency stop button is set, and the garbage compression mechanism can be stopped at any state or position;
A mechanical safety support rod is configured under the filler;
The hydraulic pipeline is equipped with a safety locking device (balance valve) to prevent accidents caused by the rupture of the filler lifting cylinder oil pipe;
14. The chassis uses a new energy chassis;
15. Two operating modes are provided at the same time: manual and electric control dual-use control, electric control is the main and manual control is the auxiliary; the electric intelligent control system adopts in-vehicle operation, and the automatic control module uses regular products.
