(1) It adopts a body structure layout form with a front-mounted independent water tank + central engine compartment + rear-mounted clean water tank and garbage bin integrated. The central engine compartment cover and the rear garbage bin adopt an integral structure. After the garbage bin is tilted, the top of the motor engine compartment is opened for maintenance of the motor engine compartment.
(2) The body is a welded structure of a frame and steel plate. The frame and plates inside the water tank/garbage bin are all made of 304 stainless steel. The front part of the body is the clean water tank, and the rear part is the garbage bin. The bottom plate of the garbage bin is set at a 12° unloading angle; the maximum unloading angle is 48°; the rear door is hydraulically opened and closed, equipped with a sealing strip, and is leak-proof; the body should be reliably sealed, the inner wall of the clean water tank is clean without welding slag, dust, etc.; the welds of the water tank/garbage bin are free of residue, pores, etc., with high structural strength and no water leakage risk. The clean water tank should be able to normally Enter and exit water, and there should be no uneven water in the left and right clean water tanks, poor water discharge, and air accumulation.
(3) Body panel material: 304 stainless steel, nominal material thickness 4mm, actual thickness ≥3.75mm; volume: garbage bin ≥7m3; clean water tank ≥8m3.
(4) The sewage suction pipe inside the body has a double-layer design, with an inner pipe diameter of Φ180mm, which is easy to replace, and the inner and outer pipe interfaces can be sealed to ensure no water leakage; a buffer device is set at the top of the garbage bin, and a rubber pad is placed inside the buffer device, which can be disassembled to buffer the impact force when the garbage is sucked in.
(5) Sealing pads are set at each joint of the air outlet; each sealing pad should be reliably sealed.
(6) The rear door of the body adopts a pin-type locking method, which is flexible to open and reliably locked; the lock plate position is adjustable; the rear door is equipped with a circular observation window and a drainage port, the observation window diameter is Φ110mm; the right drainage port (diameter DN90) is equipped with a stainless steel butterfly valve.
(7) The garbage bin is equipped with a lifting and unloading safety protection device. The operation of tilting and unloading without opening the rear door is invalid. When the garbage bin returns to its position, the support rod must be lowered first, otherwise the operation is invalid.
(8) The garbage bin is equipped with a body self-cleaning device; the self-cleaning spray boom is threadedly connected inside the garbage bin, and the spraying angle can be adjusted, and the nozzle is easy to replace.
(9) A liquid level gauge is installed at the front of the body to facilitate observation of the water level in the clean water tank; a low water level alarm device is installed in the clean water tank to remind the operator of water shortage and stop operation; a full bin alarm system is set in the garbage bin. When the sewage is full, an alarm should be issued, and the fan should stop working automatically at the same time.
(10) Both the garbage bin and the clean water tank have maintenance ports for maintenance personnel to Enter and exit; a DN65 fire hydrant water inlet is reserved on the right side of the body, and two inspection holes are reserved on the top of the garbage bin.
(11) The material of the sub-frame longitudinal beam adopts high-strength steel plate bending and welding structure, and the surface is subjected to overall electrophoretic corrosion protection treatment after riveting and welding.
(12) A side-opening heat dissipation hole inspection door is set on the left side of the body power compartment cover.
(13) A filter box of no less than 3.2m³ is installed inside the garbage bin. 12 filter cartridges are installed inside the filter box, with a total filtration area of no less than 120m². A damper switching device is installed inside the ash box to ensure that humid air does not Enter the ash box, effectively extending the service life of the filter cartridges.
5.3. Water System
All water components in the vehicle's piping system should be treated with anti-corrosion measures to ensure they do not rust during use. Each section should be securely fastened and free of any dripping or leakage. A drain valve should be installed at the lowest point of each section to ensure that accumulated water in each device and pipe can be completely drained, preventing freezing and cracking.
Fire-fighting water inlets are located on both sides of the vehicle's center, connected to the front and rear water tanks, ensuring that both tanks are filled simultaneously during water filling.
5.3.1 High-pressure water system:
(1)Uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor to directly drive an Italian high-pressure plunger water pump, eliminating the need for pulleys, clutches, and tensioners. The high-pressure water system has dual safety protection: a safety valve set at 10 MPa and a gun automatic unloading valve set at 8 MPa.
(2)The high-pressure water system has dual safety protection (safety valve/unloading valve).
(3)A filter is installed at the water pump inlet, with a filter mesh accuracy of 120 mesh. A drain valve is located at the bottom of the water filter housing. The high-pressure water system is controlled using a cylinder to actuate a ball valve.
(4)The high-pressure water system uses centralized logic circuit control. Before starting the water pump, all working water lines are closed, and the pump unloading valve automatically opens (pressure water returns to the water tank), ensuring the pump starts unloaded. When any working water line is opened, the unloading valve automatically closes; when all working water lines are closed, the unloading valve automatically opens.
(5)The left and right spray booms are located above the suction nozzle, and high-pressure spray heads for curb washing are installed on the left and right spray booms. The left and right spray booms have automatic avoidance and reset functions. When the boom encounters an obstacle, it can deflect inward around the pivot point on the rotating seat to avoid the obstacle. After passing the obstacle, the return spring automatically returns the boom to its original position.
(6)High-pressure corner sprayers (one on each side) are installed at the front of the vehicle, with adjustable angles and manual ball valve control.
(7)A rear spraying device is installed at the rear of the vehicle, which can be used for road dust and noise reduction, with manual ball valve control.
(8)A mechanical automatic winding cleaning reel is installed at the rear right of the vehicle, equipped with a 20m high-pressure hose and a high-pressure water gun, which can be used to clean the vehicle itself and other equipment and facilities.
(9)The water system has a pneumatic pipe cleaning and water blowing device. After connecting to the air source, the water distributor ball valve automatically opens, and the airflow blows away the remaining water in the pipes and nozzles.
5.3.2 Low-pressure washing water system:
(1)The low-pressure washing water system is driven by a chassis motor through a power take-off. Low-pressure water pump model: 65QZB-50/110N (Brand: Hangzhou Weilong), flow rate ≥50m³/h, head ≥110m. The vehicle is standard with counter-spray, with a washing width ≥24m.
(2)The low-pressure washing water system's counter-spray nozzle piping is equipped with an EQ22-50 pneumatic shut-off valve (Zhejiang Yiste), controlled by the in-cab operating panel.
5.4 Hydraulic System
(1)The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic motor (Manufacturer: Zhenjiang Dali, Model: BMP-160-2ADNH), hydraulic cylinders, overflow valve, solenoid valve, throttle valve, hydraulic check valve, counterbalance valve, integrated block, hydraulic oil tank, pipe fittings, etc.; hydraulic valves use the Yuci Youyan Brand.
(2)The hydraulic system is an open system. The system has two hydraulic oil pumps: the main pump is driven by an auxiliary motor; the hand-operated oil pump provides an emergency pressure oil source for the hydraulic system if the main pump fails.
(3)The hydraulic system piping is arranged neatly and securely fastened. The system design is reasonable, and the system pressure is adjusted to 12 MPa.
(4)The main hydraulically driven actions include: left/right upright sweeper lifting, left/right upright sweeper rotation, left/right spray boom extension, suction nozzle lifting, dustbin rear door opening and closing, dustbin tilting and resetting. All actions are controlled by electromagnetic directional valves, with operation combining program control and manual operation.
(5)The sweeper speed is adjustable. The sweeper speed has three gears: normal, medium, and low. The normal speed is approximately 100 r/min, the medium speed is approximately 80 r/min, and the low speed is approximately 60 r/min.
(6)The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a return oil filter with a filtration accuracy ≤80μm and a flow rate ≥63L/min. The hydraulic oil tank has an oil leakage alarm device.
(7)All actions should be performed smoothly and reliably, without any shaking or vibration.
(8)The bin lifting cylinder has a burst pipe self-locking function. If the oil pipe bursts unexpectedly or leaks at the joint during bin tilting or after reaching the raised position, the bin will not fall freely, ensuring the safety of the bin support.
5.5 Electrical System
The dedicated working device electrical control and instrument system consists of an electrical control box, electrical components, and solenoid valves. The power is supplied by the chassis battery and has a separate main power control switch. The operation is divided into two parts: one part is in the cab, operated during driving and operation, using a "display screen + controller + CAN bus control panel" one-button operation control method; the other part is outside the cab, operated under the vehicle when the vehicle is stopped, using a waterproof silicone rubber control panel; electrical accessories (including programmable controllers, photoelectric switches, limit switches, operating switches, etc.) are all internationally renowned brands, including wiring harnesses, displays, controllers, and control panels using a 7-inch screen. The control panel bracket uses an adjustable bracket (90-degree elevation angle/25-degree depression angle, 360-degree rotation).
Main functions of the electrical control system:
(1)Controls motor starting, speed adjustment (acceleration, deceleration), and shutdown. The LCD screen displays motor speed, water temperature, and accumulated operating time.
(2)The cab control panel has selectable "strong wash" and "standard wash" modes, and the motor speed can be manually increased or decreased. The manual maximum speed limit is the "strong wash" speed.
(3)Controls the opening and closing of the dustbin rear door and the tilting and resetting of the dustbin.
(4) Control of the working mechanism. The working mechanisms such as left and right vertical sweeping brushes, suction nozzle, high-pressure water pump, and left and right water spray rods are combined into different working combinations, forming 9 working modes: "left dry sweeping, right dry sweeping, full dry sweeping, left cleaning, right cleaning, full cleaning, left sweeping and cleaning, right sweeping and cleaning, full sweeping and cleaning". The start and stop of each working mechanism is controlled by a one-button operation program.
(5) Voice alarm. More than 15 voice alarm messages can be issued during operation and unloading, and relevant alarm prompts can be displayed on the LCD screen of the cab operating box. Music can also be played during operation.
(6) Safety protection. In addition to alarms, important safety matters can also automatically complete protective actions. These include alarm protection devices for low water level in the water tank, high liquid level in the garbage tank, low hydraulic oil level, low coolant level, the rear door of the garbage tank not being opened, and the water tank outlet ball valve being closed.
(7) Lamps: Three side marker lights (Changzhou Nan-gua) are installed on each side, two sidelights (Changzhou Nan-gua) are installed on the top of the rear end, and two arrow lights are installed at the rear of the box (above the rear door); a music speaker is installed at the rear of the sub-frame; and LED work lights are installed at the brush position.
(8) The wiring should be neat and firmly fixed, and the wire harness should be protected; the entire wire harness meets the waterproof grade of vehicle wire harnesses.
(9) A high-definition monitoring probe is set on the right sweeping disc and the rear of the garbage tank. A high-definition 7-inch LCD display is installed in the cab to monitor the operation effect; when reversing, the display screen automatically switches to the rear image of the vehicle, and the sweeping and cleaning device automatically returns to its position.
(10) A power switch is set on the cab operating panel. After the power switch is turned off, the display screen and the upper body electrical equipment will be powered off after a one-minute delay.
(11) A garbage tank negative pressure monitoring device is set to detect and display the negative pressure in the garbage tank, and automatically start the pulse dust removal function according to the negative pressure in the garbage tank.
(12) A dry-wet switch is set to freely switch between dry and wet operation states in the cab.
5.6, Air duct
(1) The air duct consists of a fan, box air duct, garbage tank, sewage suction pipe, suction nozzle, etc.; the fan runs stably and reliably, the fan appearance is smooth, the paint film is completely attached, and there are no quality defects in the appearance. Each section of the air duct should be sealed, without air leakage or water leakage, and a sealing gasket is installed at the joints to ensure reliable sealing performance; the air intake of the box air duct is located at the rear inside of the garbage tank, the transition of the air duct is smooth, and the cross-sectional area should be larger than that of the fan outlet, ensuring air pressure and air volume.
(2) The fan impeller shall be balanced and corrected according to JB/T9101-2014 "Balance of Ventilator Rotors", with a balance accuracy of G5.6.
(3) The fan impeller blades are made of 4mm thick Q355B steel plate, the impeller is made of 6mm thick Q235A steel plate, and the impeller cover is made of 5mm thick Q235A steel plate. The manufacture and inspection of the impeller assembly shall be carried out according to JB/T 10221-2014 "Technical Conditions for Riveted and Welded Parts of Ventilators" and JB/T10213-2014 "Technical Conditions for Inspection of Ventilator Welding Materials"; the impeller is subjected to sandblasting treatment, and the surface is sprayed with anti-rust primer and topcoat.
(4) The fan bearing housing uses original imported SKF bearings. The fan is subjected to a mechanical running test. After the bearing temperature rise is stable, the continuous running time shall not be less than 20 minutes. There shall be no abnormal noise during operation, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 40℃ above the ambient temperature, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃; the root mean square vibration velocity of the bearing shall not be greater than 4.6mm/s.
5.7, Electric drive system
(1) The upper body electric drive system consists of an upper body all-in-one motor controller, fan motor, water pump motor, oil pump motor, heat dissipation electronic water pump, heat dissipation electronic pipeline, etc. The upper body all-in-one motor controller rectifies the high-voltage DC electricity from the chassis power battery into AC electricity to drive three permanent magnet synchronous motors respectively. The permanent magnet synchronous motors drive the fan, water pump, and oil pump through direct drive, and can be adjusted according to the needs of the whole vehicle VCU.
(2) The LCD screen on the cab control panel displays parameters such as motor speed, water temperature, oil pressure, and working time.
(3) The motor speed is automatically controlled, and there are two selectable options: "strong wash" and "standard wash", and the motor speed can be manually increased or decreased. The manually set maximum speed is the "strong wash" speed.
5.8, Suction nozzle
(1) The suction nozzle mainly consists of a suction nozzle body, a traction mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and a limit mechanism. The suction nozzle body adopts a stamping structure, the ground clearance of the suction nozzle is adjustable, and the sealing skin is easy to replace after damage. The suction nozzle is equipped with two sewage suction ports, with matching steel wire flexible hoses, connected to the sewage suction pipe of the sub-frame. High-pressure water pipes are installed inside the suction nozzle (a total of 16 stainless steel fan-shaped nozzles, the nozzles are replaceable). The spray rod is bolted to the suction nozzle body for easy disassembly and replacement; there are two small stainless steel fan-shaped nozzles at the inlet of the sewage suction pipe, used for dust suppression in dry sweeping mode.
(2) The total width of the suction nozzle reaches 2200mm. The suction pipe diameter is Φ180; suspension springs are installed between the suction disc body and the frame to ensure that when the front and rear wheels are grounded, the spring tension is close to but slightly less than the weight of the suction disc.
(3) The suction nozzle body can move up and down through the lifting mechanism. During operation, it is controlled by hydraulic pressure to lower the suction nozzle and make contact with the ground; when not working, the suction nozzle is lifted and fixed to the sub-frame. Limit devices (no less than 4) should be installed at the corresponding positions of the suction nozzle to ensure that the suction nozzle is reliably fixed and does not shake.
(4) The suction nozzle uses polyurethane rollers, and the roller bearings use Haizhou or imported original parts, and should have reliable dust-proof and waterproof measures.
(5) The suction nozzle connection and lifting device can be optionally equipped with a suction nozzle with leaf collection function.
5.9, Sweeping disc
The sweeping device consists of left and right vertical sweeping devices. The speeds of the left and right sweeping discs are divided into high, medium, and low three levels, which can be adjusted through the control panel in the cab. The left and right vertical sweeping devices use one cylinder to control their "lifting and lowering". The left and right sweeping discs have anti-collision and avoidance functions. When sweeping, when the sweeping disc dust cover collides with an obstacle in the forward direction, it can retract inwards to avoid the obstacle and automatically restore its working position.
