The THD5121TXSEV1 system consists of a system, nozzle, left and right spray booms, and body, mainly used for street cleaning in cities, scenic areas, and military bases. It features low noise, good operability, complete functions, and good mobility. The overall vehicle performance is at the leading level in the domestic industry, making it an ideal vehicle for urban greening and sanitation.
This product adopts a central dual upright sweep + central wide suction nozzle (with built-in high-pressure water spray boom) + central high-pressure side spray boom, with a maximum cleaning area exceeding 64000 ㎡/h, a maximum cleaning width exceeding 3.2m, and a cleaning rate reaching 98%.
The pure electric cleaning and sweeping vehicle relies on the on-board power battery pack to provide electricity. The direct current output by the battery is converted into alternating current by the inverter to power the drive motor, which drives the rotation of the wheels through the transmission system, enabling vehicle travel and allowing precise adjustment of motor output power and speed via the controller according to road conditions and operational needs.
Sweeping operation: When the vehicle is operating, the side brush at the front of the vehicle rotates to sweep the roadside garbage to the center of the vehicle; the main brush is located in the central bottom of the vehicle, and its high-speed rotation generates strong centrifugal force and friction to sweep up the garbage from the road surface and into the garbage collection device.
Garbage collection: After the garbage is swept up by the brushes, it enters the garbage collection bin by gravity and airflow. The collection bin has a filter net or baffle to pre-filter and classify the garbage, preventing large garbage from blocking the subsequent processing devices.
Washing operation: After spraying water, the washing brush of the washing system rotates and contacts the road surface, using mechanical force and the scouring force of water to remove stubborn stains and adhering garbage from the road surface. The washing brush is usually made of wear-resistant materials and can be replaced with different materials and shapes according to road conditions and cleaning requirements.
Water spraying for dust suppression: Before or during vehicle operation, the water spraying system will spray a moderate amount of water on the road surface to allow dust to condense into larger particles, preventing dust generation during sweeping. The water spraying device can adjust the water spraying volume and range according to road conditions and operating needs.
