Functional Features
1. Sweeping capacity: ≥64,000 m²/h; maximum sweeping width: ≥3.2 m,
2. The cab is equipped with a one-button control system featuring a display screen, controller, and CAN-bus operator panel; a manual control box on the vehicle’s right-rear silicone panel; voice alarms; and electro-mechanical-hydraulic interlocks, among other features.
3. An integrated vehicle body configuration is adopted, featuring a front-mounted independent water tank, a centrally located motor compartment, and a rear-mounted combined clean-water tank and waste container. The central motor-compartment cover is integrally constructed with the rear waste container; after the waste container is tipped, the top of the motor compartment remains open, facilitating maintenance and servicing of the motor compartment.
4. Bin panel material: 304 stainless steel, with a nominal thickness of 3 mm and an actual thickness of ≥2.75 mm; Capacity: garbage bin ≥4 m³; clean water tank ≥4.5 m³;
5. The disc-sweeping dust-suppression system primarily consists of an electromagnetic water pump (model: 157024), an electromagnetic water valve, piping, and spray nozzles. Its main functions are to spray water for dust suppression during left/right side-sweeper rotation and to deliver water for dust suppression within the suction nozzle and suction pipe during road-sweeping operation.
6. The system shall be capable of issuing more than 15 types of voice alarm messages during operation and unloading, displaying corresponding alarm prompts on the LCD screen of the cab control panel, and playing music during operation.
7. All water-carrying components of the vehicle’s piping system shall be thoroughly treated for corrosion protection to ensure they remain rust-free during operation; all sections must be securely fastened with no dripping or leaking; drain ball valves shall be installed at the lowest points of each section to ensure complete drainage of accumulated water from all equipment and piping, thereby preventing freeze-induced cracking.
